For women with pain, menstrual stagnation, or poor circulation.
This is one of my favorite ways to ease pain, move blood, and support the body without adding stress to the digestive system. I often recommend this herbal foot soak for women with endometriosis, painful periods, cold feet, or sluggish circulation—especially those sensitive to internal herbs or new to Traditional Chinese Medicine. By soaking through the feet, the formula delivers active terpenes and alkaloids transdermally, offering relief without taxing the gut.
In TCM, this blend addresses wind, damp, qi stagnation, and blood stasis—patterns often seen in pelvic pain, dysmenorrhea, and hormonal imbalances related to infertility. It’s especially beneficial during the luteal phase or after menstruation when the body needs help clearing residual stagnation and restoring smooth flow.
