For women with fibroids, miscarriage history, or blood flow imbalances.

I often recommend Copia for women with a history of recurrent pregnancy loss, fibroids, or signs of blood and fluid stagnation in the lower abdomen. From a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) perspective, this formula gently nourishes the Blood, strengthens the Spleen, and harmonizes Liver Qi, which are essential for creating and sustaining a healthy uterine environment.

Copia is especially helpful when fibroids, ovarian cysts, or pelvic congestion may be interfering with implantation or pregnancy progression. It promotes microcirculation to the uterus and ovaries while also addressing subtle fluid retention or bloating often associated with endometriosis or PCOS.

In one of my recent cases, a woman with two prior miscarriages and a small fibroid was given Copia in her first trimester. She is now 33 weeks pregnant, and the fibroid is no longer visible on imaging. Nurses noted that it either shrunk or remained stable—a testament to how Copia supports uterine harmony and protects pregnancy.

Copia may support women who experience:

  • Recurrent miscarriage

  • Small uterine or subserosal fibroids

  • Endometriosis with pelvic congestion

  • PCOS with bloating or water retention

  • Irregular cycles with cramping or clots

  • Early pregnancy with a history of loss, miscarriage, or stagnation

Highlights of our Copia Tea:

  • Chuan Xiong was freshly harvested from Du Jiang Yan, Sichuan—the premier region for this blood-invigorating herb

  • The formula is preservative- and additive-free, and crafted with clinically potent herb ratios

  • Gently supportive for women with digestive sensitivity, thanks to the inclusion of Sha Ren, a warming and aromatic herb that promotes Spleen-Qi function and reduces bloating
